Successful Case

Many drivers complain that when driving the truck to a certain speed, it is either bumpy or swaying. If you stay in the caibin for a whole day, make sure that the driver feels soreness and pain in every bone joint in his body, and his ears buzz after getting off the car. Humming.

Today, we would like to share with you several reasons why vehicles are prone to bumps:

1. If the cab shakes, check whether the gap between the turning shaft bushing is too large due to severe wear, whether the rear bracket and the card slot of the cab is severely worn, whether the airbag pressure of the front and rear suspension of the cab is too high or too low, the guide wheel tires and Whether the steel rim is out of round, if it is a tire or steel rim problem, be sure to do a dynamic balance before replacing it.

Whether the steering vertical shaft is too large due to the lack of grease for a long time, check whether the pressure bearing is damaged, whether the ball head of the horizontal and vertical steering rod is seriously worn, whether the claw pads before and after the engine are broken or damaged, whether the bushings and center screws before and after the spring plate Damaged or broken, leading to toe misalignment.

The several fault points checked above will cause the vehicle to travel to a certain speed and the cab will shake.

Troubleshoot the front cab position, and then check whether the rear drive shaft of the gearbox and the gearbox connecting plate screws or large nuts are loose. For multi-section drive shafts, check whether the bridge bearing and hanger between the two shafts are damaged.

Whether the keyway in the expansion joint is severely worn, whether the large nut in front of the differential is loose, or whether the through shaft in the middle of the two axles is abnormal.

Exclude the above external fault points. If the vehicle is still shaking during driving, the internal fault must be considered.

For example, whether the pressure claw surface of the clutch pressure plate is uneven, and there are many gearboxes with shift forks, consider that if the shaft inside the shift fork is severely worn, it will also cause starting jitter. The clutch disc is severely worn or the friction is uneven. Whether the torsion spring or spline shaft in the middle moves, also consider the release bearing.

If the contact surface of the release bearing is not flat, or whether the guide bush bearing of one shaft is damaged, these subsequent problems generally occur when the vehicle jumps when the vehicle starts, and it is not ruled out that the vehicle will be jittered during driving.
